Clarity & Peace Call – Terms and Conditions

By purchasing, scheduling, or participating in a Clarity & Peace Call ("Session"), you ("Client") agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1. Service Description

The Clarity & Peace Call is a 60-minute faith-based coaching and spiritual guidance session conducted via Zoom. During the Session, we may engage in prayer, discuss biblical principles and Scripture, and explore spiritual perspectives intended to support personal reflection, faith growth, and decision-making.

The Session is offered from a Christian faith perspective and is intended solely for educational, spiritual, and personal development purposes.

2. Not Therapy, Counseling, Medical Advice, or Professional Services

The Clarity & Peace Call is not psychotherapy, counseling, mental health treatment, psychiatric care, medical treatment, legal advice, financial advice, or any other licensed professional service.

By participating, you acknowledge and agree that:

The Session does not diagnose, treat, prevent, or cure any medical, psychological, emotional, or psychiatric condition.
No therapist-client, counselor-client, physician-patient, attorney-client, fiduciary, or other professional relationship is created.
Any spiritual insights, biblical discussions, prayer, impressions, opinions, or guidance shared during the Session are offered solely as faith-based perspectives and should not be relied upon as professional advice.
You remain solely responsible for your own decisions, actions, and outcomes.

If you require medical care, mental health treatment, crisis intervention, legal advice, financial advice, or any other professional service, you agree to seek assistance from a qualified licensed professional.

3. Important Mental Health and Medical Disclaimer

The Clarity & Peace Call is not intended to replace professional medical care, mental health treatment, counseling, therapy, crisis services, or emergency intervention.

If you are experiencing:

Suicidal thoughts,
Thoughts of self-harm,
Severe depression,
Anxiety requiring clinical treatment,
Psychosis,
Abuse,
Addiction,
Domestic violence,
Or any mental health or medical emergency,

you should immediately contact emergency services, a qualified healthcare provider, a licensed mental health professional, or an appropriate crisis resource in your area.

You agree not to use this service as a substitute for professional healthcare, therapy, counseling, diagnosis, treatment, or emergency assistance.

4. Personal Responsibility

You acknowledge that all decisions made before, during, or after the Session are your sole responsibility.

While every effort is made to provide thoughtful spiritual support, no guarantees, warranties, or representations are made regarding any specific outcome, result, breakthrough, healing, revelation, business success, relationship outcome, financial improvement, or life decision.

Individual experiences and results vary.

5. Payment

The fee for a Clarity & Peace Call is $75 USD, payable in full prior to the Session.

No Session will be confirmed until payment has been received.

The provider reserves the right to change pricing at any time; however, any confirmed booking will be honored at the price paid at the time of purchase.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the time reserved and preparation involved, all sales are final.

Refunds will not be provided for:

Completed Sessions,
Missed Sessions,
Late arrivals,
Scheduling conflicts on the Client's part,
Dissatisfaction with spiritual guidance, prayer, biblical interpretation, or perceived outcomes.

If the provider is unable to deliver the Session for any reason, the Client may be offered either:

A rescheduled Session, or
A full refund at the provider's discretion.

Nothing in this section limits any rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.

7. Rescheduling Policy

Clients may reschedule a Session by providing at least 24 hours' notice before the scheduled appointment time.

Requests made with less than 24 hours' notice may be treated as a cancellation and may not be eligible for rescheduling.

The provider reserves the right to approve exceptions in cases of emergency or extraordinary circumstances.

8. No-Shows and Late Arrivals

If the Client fails to attend the scheduled Session without prior notice, the Session will be considered a no-show and the full fee will be forfeited.

If the Client arrives late, the Session will still end at the originally scheduled time. Additional time is not guaranteed.

If the provider experiences a technical issue or emergency that prevents the Session from taking place, reasonable efforts will be made to reschedule.

9. Confidentiality

Information shared during a Session will be treated as confidential and will not be intentionally disclosed to third parties except:

With the Client's consent;
As required by applicable law;
In response to a court order, subpoena, or legal process;
When necessary to protect the safety, rights, or property of the provider or others;
When disclosure is reasonably believed necessary to prevent imminent harm.

Clients acknowledge that electronic communications and video conferencing platforms cannot be guaranteed to be completely secure and participate at their own risk.

10. Recording Policy

Sessions may not be recorded, reproduced, distributed, or shared without the express written consent of all participants.

The provider reserves the right to decline recording requests.

11. Technology Requirements

Clients are responsible for maintaining a functioning internet connection, Zoom access, and suitable equipment for participation.

The provider is not responsible for disruptions caused by the Client's technology, internet service, device failures, or software issues.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the provider shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to:

Participation in the Session;
Reliance upon information, opinions, prayer, biblical discussion, or spiritual guidance;
Decisions made by the Client;
Personal, business, financial, emotional, relational, or spiritual outcomes;
Technical interruptions or communication failures.

The provider's maximum liability for any claim arising from the Session shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the Client for the Session.

13. Indemnification

The Client agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the provider from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from the Client's participation in the Session, violation of these Terms, or decisions made based on information discussed during the Session, except where prohibited by law.

14. Right to Refuse or Terminate Service

The provider reserves the right to refuse, reschedule, or terminate a Session at any time if the Client:

Behaves abusively or inappropriately;
Requests services beyond the scope of the Session;
Appears to require medical, psychological, legal, or other professional assistance;
Violates these Terms and Conditions.

In such cases, refunds may be granted at the provider's sole discretion, subject to applicable law.

15. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the provider operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

16. Acceptance of Terms

By booking, paying for, or participating in a Clarity & Peace Call, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions and voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation in a faith-based coaching and spiritual guidance service.
