What kind of support will I receive?
Each monthly live call is designed to meet you where you are — offering guidance tailored to your specific desires, blocks, or questions. Between calls, you’ll have full access to your workshop and all resources in the membership portal, so you can follow step-by-step practices at your own pace. The live sessions are there to support you even further, answer your questions, and help you integrate the tools into your daily life, ensuring your growth stays consistent and aligned.
What Happens During the Live Energy Sessions
We'll be checking in on your energy, and we'll see what feels stuck or out of balance—basically, what’s shaping your current reality. Then together, we’ll recalibrate things and raise your frequency so it actually matches what you want. We’ll use a mix of techniques, coaching, meditations, and subconscious work… nothing heavy, just what your energy needs.
How do I access all of the workshop and other resources?
After joining, you’ll receive full access to the membership portal with all workshops, your Swipe Vault, workbook, audio meditations, and more.
Will I get guidance in between live calls?
Yes! The membership gives you step-by-step resources to follow at your own pace, so you’re never left unsure. The live calls then support you further, helping answer questions, clear energetic blocks, and keep your manifestation and spiritual growth on track. You can also ask any questions inside the private Discord chat.
How often are the live calls, and what happens if I can’t attend?
Live calls happen once a month (usually the first Tuesday of the month) and are focused on energetic support, Q&A, and guidance tailored to your desires or blocks. If you can’t attend live, a recording at a later date is made available so you can still receive the insights and guidance.
What if I decied I want to cancel?
No worries, if you decide to end this membership, you have a self-cancellation option. You're able to cancel your own membership with the click of a button.

Energy Upgrade Membership Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: January 5, 2026
By signing up for Energy Upgrade Membership (“the Program”), you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Membership & Access
1.1. Energy Upgrade Membership is a subscription-based membership program providing:
Monthly live group coaching calls via Zoom
Access to a private online community via Discord and Systeme.io
Access to the 7-Step Manifestation Workshop & Personalized Link to Access Spirit Ascension.
Exclusive member perks and early access to additional programs
1.2. Access to the Manifestation Workshop and community requires a username and password, which you are responsible for keeping secure. Your username is typically the email you used to sign up.

2. Billing & Payment
2.1. Energy Upgrade Membership Payments: By joining the Energy Upgrade Membership, you agree to the following:
An ongoing monthly fee of $29.99 covers live monthly calls and ongoing energetic support, and access to membership resources.
All prices are listed in USD (United States Dollars).
The monthly support fee continues until you choose to cancel. Lifetime access to the content remains yours regardless of cancellation.
Access to Spirit Ascension is activated by attending one live session, after which a private link will be provided for enrollment at no additional cost.

2.2. Payments are processed automatically via the payment method provided at registration.
2.3. You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing cycle through your account settings. No refunds will be issued for partial months.
2.4. Questions or issues related to billing or technical access should be emailed to services@dainamigliore.ca with at least 3 business days' notice. Include:

3. Content & Intellectual Property
3.1. All content, including videos, workshops, documents, and coaching materials, is the intellectual property of Daina Migliore and is protected under copyright law.
3.2. You may access content for personal use only. You may not share, reproduce, distribute, or sell any content outside of the Energy Upgrade Membership without written permission.
3.3. All community discussions and materials shared by members are private within the Energy Upgrade Membership platforms (Zoom, Discord, Systeme.io). Sharing outside of these platforms is prohibited.

4. Workshop & Coaching Participation
4.1. provides guidance, education, and spiritual/manifestation tools. Results are not guaranteed and depend on individual effort, alignment, and application of the principles taught.
4.2. Participation in live coaching calls, exercises, or community activities is voluntary.
4.3. By participating, you agree not to hold Daina Migliore liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential outcomes resulting from participation.

5. Community Guidelines
5.1. The private community is a supportive, high-vibe environment. Respectful behavior and constructive engagement are required.
5.2. Harassment, spam, or abusive behavior will result in removal from the community without refund.

6. Emails & Notifications
6.1. You will receive emails for:

Community notifications
Monthly coaching call reminders
6.2. Add coachingwithdai@outlook.com to your safe sender list to ensure delivery. Check your junk folder if emails are not received.

7. Cancellation & Refund Policy
7.1. You may cancel your membership at any time through your account settings.
7.2. Cancellation must be completed before your next billing cycle to avoid further charges.
7.3. No refunds are provided for payments already processed.

8. Technical Support
For any login issues, access problems, or technical questions related to Zoom, Discord, or Systeme.io, email services@dainamigliore.ca. Include:

9. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
9.1. is a spiritual, manifestation, and personal development program. Results vary depending on individual effort and energy alignment.
9.2. Daina Migliore and The Energy Upgrade Membership are not responsible for any personal, financial, or professional outcomes resulting from participation.
9.3. By participating, you agree to release Daina Migliore from any claims, liabilities, or damages related to the use of content, tools, or coaching provided.

10. Changes to Terms
10.1. Energy Upgrade Membership reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
10.2. Members will be notified of changes via email or within the community. Continued participation after updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
